  • How long does it take for supplements to work?
    Diet, exercise, and overall lifestyle habits can influence the effectiveness of supplements. A healthy lifestyle can enhance the benefits of supplements. Many supplements, such as those aimed at supporting mental, hormone, adrenal, and skin health, or digestion, may take several weeks to a few months to show significant benefits.
  • Can supplements be taken with prescription medicine?
    Consult your physician before taking any supplements if you have a medical condition, are taking any medications and/or any type of hormone therapy (including birth control pills). Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children.
  • Where are your supplements manufactured?
    Our supplements are formulated, manufactured and packed in California.
  • Do you use any fillers, binders, artificial flavors, colors, or dyes in the supplements?
    No way! Our plant-based supplements are made from vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free ingredients. We do not use any fillers, binders, anti-caking agents, lubricants, disintegrants, coating agents, sweeteners, artificial flavors, colors, or dyes in our supplements. Our commitment to providing high-quality, natural products is at the forefront of our mission. By avoiding these additives, we aim to ensure that our supplements are as pure and clean as possible, promoting the health and well-being of our customers without unnecessary and potentially harmful ingredients.   • Are these supplements FDA approved?
    In the United States, dietary supplements are regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), but they are not subject to the same strict approval process as pharmaceutical drugs.
  • Do you follow the "current Good Manufacturing Practice" (cGMP) regulations?
    Yes! We follow Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure the quality, safety, and consistency of our products. cGMP regulations are established by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are designed to ensure that dietary supplements meet certain quality standards. Assessing the integrity, cleanliness, potency, and composition of our products is a core part of our quality control process.
  • Is my credit card information secure?
    The security of our users' financial transactions is extremely important to us. We use Wix Payments for our transactions. Wix Payments complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Wix has been audited and certified as ISO 27001 compliant. The ISO 27001 certification outlines industry best practices for managing security risks.
  • Do you ship outside the US?
    Currently we are only shipping with USPS Priority Mail® within the US.
  • Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
    Yes! We use USPS for all of our shipping and are happy to serve post office boxes.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    USPS Priority Mail® shipping charges vary per location. You’ll see your individual shipping costs calculated at checkout.
  • When will my order ship?
    We typically ship orders using USPS Priority Mail® from Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Most orders are processed within 12 hours of when they are placed and ship within 24 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
  • How do I track my package?
    Tracking information is sent via email upon placing your order. If not, shoot us an email at orders@azzacollective.com.
  • Where is my shipping or order confirmation?

  • What is microdosing?
    Microdosing refers to taking a dose that is large enough to experience therapeutic benefits, but small enough to avoid mind altering effects.
  • What is a minimum effective dose (MED)?
    The MED is the smallest amount you need in order to get the effects you want. If you are trying to avoid intoxication, your MED is the amount that gives your relief, but does not get you high. It can take some trial and error to find your MED, so, it is recommended to start low and go slow.
  • Do you supply the microdose for the ritual?
    Unfortunately, due to Federal regulations we cannot supply the microdose. Depending on where you are located, medical and recreational options may be available. Send us an email at microdose@azzacollective.com to discuss.
  • When should I start a microdosing ritual?
    For your first microdose experience, it’s highly recommended that you have a day free of stress. You shouldn't have to care for children, attend back-to-back meetings, or drive. A weekend could be good for this. Then, once you find your microdosing sweet spot, it should make all of your demands a little less stressful. If you’re still finding that you’re stressed out by work or kids, cut back the dose until you don’t.
  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns on all qualifying orders within 30 days. All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Refunds are processed in 2 weeks after we receive your returned product.
  • Can I return a product purchased at a retail location?
    We can only accept returns for orders placed on azzacollective.com. Products purchased through azzacollective.com may not be returned or exchanged at any retail location. If you purchased products at a retailer, please contact them for their return process.
  • Do you pay for return shipping?
    If you choose to get a refund, you will be responsible for shipping your product back to us. Please allow 2 weeks to process your return. A credit will appear on your statement within 14 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    Send us an email at returns@azzacollective.com with the following information: return shipment tracking number, email address you used to place the order and original order date and we will research your refund request.
