Microdosing: Journal Prompts

For far too long, people have been made to believe that life means surrendering and accepting a life of being slightly miserable, overwhelmed, and exhausted. That doesn't have to be a normal part of life. If we actually trust our intuition, and listen to that inner knowing that something needs to change, then we stand a chance at preventing disease, improving our relationships and self-esteem, and having a life filled with joy and purpose.

And it's not about getting healthy for health's sake. It's more about when you're feeling good in your body and mind, you have the energy to create the life you've been dreaming of. So my hope is that these journal prompts give you the opportunity in your day to check in with your needs and desires so that you are more deeply connected to your intuition and your inner guidance system. Use your inner compass that points you on your path to living a joyful, purposeful life. Journal Prompts

  • What are you ready to release? So that I may have more room for abundance, I am ready to let go of...

  • Reflect on a recent moment where your intuition strongly guided you. What was the situation and how did you feel?

  • Describe a time when you felt in harmony with your natural rhythms. What practices helped you achieve this balance?

  • Consider an instance when you felt out of sync with yourself. What factors contributed to this, and how did you navigate back to equilibrium?

  • Write about a dream or goal you're nurturing. How does your daily life support or hinder its growth?

  • Explore your relationship with rest and activity. How do you balance these in your life, and what changes might benefit you?

  • What causes you to feel burned out?

  • As I turn inward & reflect, I am grateful for the lessons where I learned...

  • My big picture dreams are...

  • Set a timer for 5 minutes (or more) & write down all the words that come to

  • What would it feel amazing to say "Yes" to?

  • What do I need to say "No" to more?
